MeasureMyEnergy short-listed for Best Use of Technology in South Coast Business Awards 2018 - May 23, 2018.
Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, 23 May 2018 / -- We are delighted to announce that we are a finalist in the South Coast Business Awards. We have been short-listed for the Taylor Made Computer Solutions Award for Best Use of Technology. We have been chosen since our technology is giving businesses control of their energy usage and is helping them to reduce energy consumption.
The MeasureMyEnergy platform has saved companies money and reduced their carbon footprint, with some companies saving in excess of 40%. Our solution gives customers the ability to get real-time data on their energy usage at a meter, sub-meter and circuit level. This is effectively like having an itemised energy bill and shows you when and where you are using energy.
The MeasureMyEnergy platform measures more than just electricity, it also measures water usage, gas, Solar PV generation and much more. It does this all in real-time.
“We are thrilled to be shortlisted for this award as it is recognition for all the hard work that the team here has been putting in to make our company the best it can be. We have designed and built MeasureMyEnergy with the aim to give companies the technology and information they need to change their energy usage. With customers being able to save substantially on their energy bill, this can have a massive and positive impact on their business and the future of the world we live in.” – said Ben Murphy of MeasureMyEnergy.
The award is sponsored by Taylor Made Computer Solutions which is one of the Solent region’s largest IT service providers delivering tailored, fit-for-purpose, cost-efficient professional IT solutions for businesses, education and public sector organisations.
“Taylor Made Computer Solutions are proud to again be sponsoring the Best Use of Technology Award at the South Coast Business Awards. Being a technology company ourselves, we are always keen to help showcase and reward new and innovative uses of technology where it is showing benefit to businesses and consumers. There is no better showcase for technology than this award.” - Nigel Taylor, Managing Director
The winner of the awards is due to be announced on the 13th July at a black tie event being held at the Hilton Hotel at The Ageas Bowl.
